Refund Policy

At TheAshNow AI, our core value is simple: we charge only for work actually delivered.

Setup Fees

• Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If you cancel before we begin any work, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days

Monthly Subscriptions

• Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period
• You may cancel with 30 days notice — no further charges after the notice period

Work Not Delivered

If we fail to deliver a scoped deliverable within the agreed timeframe through our own fault, you are entitled to either:

• A fix delivered within 5 business days at no charge, or
• A partial or full refund for the undelivered work
