Services

TheAshNow AI provides AI automation and CRM setup services for real estate professionals in the United States. Service scope is defined at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms

• Setup fee is charged once upfront before work begins
• Monthly subscription billing begins after system delivery and client approval

• All prices are in USD

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your monthly subscription with 30 days written notice
• Setup fees are non-refundable after work has commenced
• Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period

Refund Policy

We charge only for work actually delivered. If a deliverable is not completed as scoped, we will either fix it or provide a partial refund. Contact [email protected] for disputes.

Intellectual Property

All automation workflows, templates, and systems built by TheAshNow AI become your property upon full payment. TheAshNow AI retains the right to use anonymized results as case studies.

Limitation of Liability

TheAshNow AI is not liable for lost revenue, third-party platform changes, or outcomes dependent on factors outside our control.
